Refund policy
We want to provide our busy parents with a hassle-free returns policy if they are unhappy, dissatisfied, or have received defective/damaged product.
Any Caraz products purchased from Carazmat.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a $50 return fee) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact customerservice@carazmat.com with the order number, item number, and qty of the item(s) to be returned.
The original item MUST be in new condition in its original packaging and box and returned without:
- Signs of wear and tear, cleaning, or misuse
- Damage or stains
- Pet dander or fur
- Pen marks
All returned items will be inspected and any item returned in a condition determined as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
In addition, Roll Mats that have been cut or installed are not eligible for Return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout. We inspect and process the return within 3 days of receiving the item(s). After that, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
